A refreshed Deluxe Edition of the classic game
Rio Grande Games is very pleased to announce the release of Puerto Rico - Deluxe Edition.
This is the first new version of the classic game released in English since 2011. This edition will feature new art and graphics. It also includes both previously released expansions.
The art and graphics are in the same style as the Limited Anniversary Edition which was released in 2011. This version also features a new cover along with updated art and graphics.
“A new version of Puerto Rico has been the most requested item from our customers for quite some time” says Jay Tummelson, co-owner of Rio Grande Games. “The new version contains many of the same elements as the Anniversary Edition but at a lower cost. We are very excited to be able to bring this new edition to our customers.”
Puerto Rico is one of the best-selling strategy games of all-time. Originally released in 2002, it has sold tens of thousands of copies worldwide. It was the #1 game on the Board Game Geek website for many years and has a large fan base.
