In Debatable all players are politicians taking turns debating both serious and silly topics.
Two players are involved in each debate and when the time is up the other players vote on the player they felt won the debate.

Debatable has a Swedish twin called "Debattera Mera".
It's almost exactly the same game as Debatable, except that the box, game rules, and cards are all in Swedish instead of English.
The only other difference is that in "Debattera Mera" some of the topics are more Sweden-focused than in Debatable.
