Welcome to the Agora, the ever-changing Ancient Greek Marketplace. It’s a wide open space filled with chaos and excitement. And it’s what you’re afraid of if you have agoraphobia.

You are a hardworking merchant. You will build shops, sell goods, and struggle to earn money.Agora is a simple game about constructing a sprawling marketplace. There are fires, floods, and festivals to add excitement. But the coolest thing about the game is that you can play your cards nearly anywhere, at any angle!

Each turn consists of taking one of four steps. Players can collect income, draw a card, place a card, or buy a shop. The purpose of placing cards, is to build a marketplace for shops. The purpose of buying shops is to gain coins or money. The first player to reach 50 coins wins. If no one reaches 50 coins before the deck ends, the person with the most coins once the deck expires is the winner.
